Welcome to South West Sydney Orchestras

The South West Sydney Orchestras (SWSO) is a not-for-profit group of orchestras that has been enriching the lives of young musicians since 1987.

The different ensembles cater for all ages and levels, and our low membership fees make music accessible for all.

Participation in SWSO will not only improve musical, technical and performance skills, but also social and leadership skills. Numerous SWSO alumni have gone on to professional careers in music, on the stage, in music education and behind the scenes.
